Eh. 300k for a D15 hatch? Why? When you can get an SiR with a B16 for 350k?
I'd rather buy a non-converted unit with a more powerful motor than spend all my money on a slightly prettier hatchback with a puny 1.5, rear drum brakes and a hack and paste job on the steering rack.

with all the hassle of converting, 300k isnt worth it. suma total aabot ka 350k kung RHD pa.

Can't you like .... stay away from Hondas ?
One unit you could look into is the Ford Lynx RS M/T. You could get it with the same price as the SiR ( sometimes EVEN cheaper ) & it's helluva newer ( 2004 vs. 1999/2000 SiR ) & of course, much more comfortable.

ang mahirap sa coverted, meron mga hindi masisilip basta basta like the cross membrane etc. mas ok to get RHD then kuha pyesa. kaya dapat kuha lang niyan mga 200k. not worth all the trouble IMO.

I'd say 250 is a fair price for a well-converted unit. Or actually, 200. But then, asking prices for secondhand Civics are always un-naturally high.
Rarity is never a good reason to buy a car... but then... EK hatches aren't really "rare", considering every other shop has a Civic EK as a project car...
If you want something rare... get a Civic station wagon.

i've been wanting a honda for quite a while now... hehehe
yeah, ang dami ngang hassle ng converted vehicles. thanks for pointing that out
i guess i'm gonna stop considering getting a "B plate" civic. kung di talaga ako makakakita ng maayos na SiR, i guess i'm going to start my project from a vti or lxi.
rare nga po yang wagon, i have yet to see one running on our streets... haha
Choice I would have made as well.
