Honda CR-V 2002 Gen2 windows

Hi to all CRV 2002 Gen2 owners, recently purchased a pre-owned 4x2 10-seater (or 8?) automatic, is it normal that the power windows on the driver side doesn't go up automatically? It only goes down and the Honda Service told us this is normal with this model. Only 2003 and up has the auto up & down feature. Is this really true? Wonderin why as it should be a standard feature for an all-power vehicle as evident even on other older cars. Thanks for the enlightenment.

yes sir. ganyan din yung 02crv namin. mga unang labas auto down lang.
wala rin power door lock switch like the 03 model.

A ok, akala ko niloloko kami ng technician. Although powered locks naman sya yun nga lang sa main latch ng driver side ang control instead of a separate button. Tinipid pa convenience features tsk.. tsk.. Thanks alot!
