June 3rd, 2014 01:34 AM #1I bought this car from my brother-in-law last year. He had the horn replaced with a louder one when he bought this in 2007.
He told me that nasira na once ang busina na "malakas" sometime in 2009. So dinala daw sa Honda at pinalitan ulit with the same kind na "malakas".
Then last week, wala na naman busina. A few weeks before conking out, naramdaman ko na medyo humina iyong busina.
Kaya ba nasisira lagi ang busina nitong Civic is because of the horn speaker incompatibility? Meron bang ganun? Amperage or ohms problem perhaps?
I'm thinking of replacing it with a horn similar to the stock one as specified by Honda. Hindi naman ako mahilig mambusina unnecessarily. Okay ba bumili at magpakabit sa Banawe?
How much kaya? I don't have any idea as this is the first time na masiraan ako ng busina sa isang kotse. The other brand car I've used never nasira
Thanks for any inputs.

Baka kase all you have to do is replace the wiring and add a relay.

June 8th, 2014 12:52 AM #10My nephew just informed me: napapalitan na raw pala iyong relay or switch located beside the left headlight (behind the front bumper) sa Banawe. So the culprit maybe that part. Baka nabasa or poor quality relay/switch. Wala bang water proof nun?
