It could be coming from that hose based on the 3rd picture. It doesnt look like a transmission cooling hose though.

More pictures perhaps. You can also touch the underside of the hose once your engine bay is cold.

I am hearing unusual sound/noise in the engine bay, specifically around where the belt is. Ignore the clicking sounds coming from the engine block itself. Here's the video: Honda City Weird Engne Noise - YouTube

nakita ko na kung saan sya naka lagay sa fan switch sensor (correct me if I'm wrong) the previous owner bypass the fan switch (let the fan always on). siguro nag malfunction yung fan switch sensor kaya na bypass..hoping na yun lang talaga problema kaya lang bago mo malalaman yung fan ang problema mag overheat muna..

BTW any dis advantages with fan always on?

    salamat po sa inyo..

Akala ko sa harap lang yung wires for fan.
Anyways ask ko na rin po since tinanggal niyo po yung air filtee assembly, safe lang po ba i-unplugged yung wire ng sensor?

What you mean sensor, ng fan? ang epekto nyan life ng fan siguro at consumption ng gas mo, kasi buhay agad yung fan mo pagkabuhay ng makina. kung sensor ng water temp naku no..no..no, not advisable yari ka pag nag over heat makina walang detection yan.
bibili na din ako ng fan switch sensor para mabalik ko din fan switching sa auto.
