    same experience with shaw, makupad. sa honda alabang naman, magulo kausap.

    Now, tinatapat ko na lang ng weekends pms ko. sa honda tarlac. very ok kahit malayo sa haus namin

    Ganyan talaga service ng honda alagang alaga ang customer... minsan nga nag t-text pa sa amin para remind PMS at yung expiring warranty ng isang sasakyan namin they keep telling us to use our warranty at papalitan yung mga parts na pwedeng mag cause ng problem... galeng nila.. kaya susunod na kukunin namin Honda pa din, mejo mataas lang value ng vehicles nila pero bawi naman sa service... at may nabasa ako dun sa service center yung mga 20yrs old na (honda)vehicles kaya pa nila i-service. cool...

    jamesvhong: Hehe, don't generalize... Daming horror story din nangyayari sa Honda dealers... I can remember at least 6 difference instances where Honda Libis SA and Mechanics cruising around with customer's cars and going through drive throughs.

    Libis... nadaraan ako dun.. buti nalang suki kami sa Marikina hehehe! So far wala pa kaming rekalamo sa kanila... Actualy we consider them (agent) as family friends and the mechanics, kaya we always get great deals from them... Sa bait ng Agent nila tinulungan pa bayaw ko makakuha ng great deal sa Mazda 3 niya... hehehe!

    Medyo ok nga Marikina, brother in law ko ilang beses na pinasok dun for check up only (pero medyo major sira) minimal lang charge sa labor.

    Pero bad trip parts ordering nila hehe, nagdown sya one time for a crankshaft pulley he paid 5K na ata (6K+ yung pulley), tapos sabi next day pwede kunin, 4 days na wala padin tapos ayaw soli yung pera kasi naorder nadaw...

    that's one of the reason why 1999 pa kami last bumili ng honda. somehow that prestigious ka ekekan title eh umakyat sa ulo ng mga personnel dyan sa Honda.

    basta kami lipat kagad duon sa mga models na has something to prove and mala-vip treatment sa'yo. from Toyota in the early 90's lipat kami sa Honda noon yumabang mga taga-Toyota. then Chevy and Ford naman hehehe.

    ngaun sa Hyundai naman kami mag-venture, gumaganda na showrooms nila a sign of progress and quality and of course, minus the masa mentality car buyers.

    wala eh tingin ko pagkapinoy na natin ang sumisira sa consistency ng good service ng mga start-up companies. bureaucracy filipino style.

    I remember the days na ako pa nagdadala ng honda ng dad ko dyan sa honda pasig para magpa-service. pinapakain pa ko and habang nakaupo and nanonood sa home theatre nila, from time to time, kinakamusta ako ng service advisor.

    Hmmm, so far mukhang most positive reviews are Honda Kal & Honda Marikina... keep em coming!

    Btw, re yung mga service tawag... yung BMW casa tawag ng tawag sa amin para PMS, etc BMW namin, pero since kilala ko na sila... 2001 yung last time ako nagpa-service sa kanila (and before that, 1998. Nung 2001 e naloko ako sa new, improved, no-longer-Prestige service bulls**t nila). Never again!!!

    Experienced this as well with Shaw! Called up at 4pm, sabi nila ok na for pick-up yung kotse. I even gave them 30mins more and arrived at 4:30pm. Almost 5:30pm na nila nabigay yung billing/invoice so I could pay na sa cashier. Almost 1 hour! The SA was friendly naman, but their billing work processes seems inefficient. 1 hour!? :swear:

    Eto pa, matagal rin sa claiming na nung sasakyan! Hinanap ko na lang yung sasakyan and saw it was parked naman na sa carwash/release section pero walang kumukuha! :swear: Nakita ko yung susi naka-insert sa doorlock, so ako na lang ang naglabas from that section to the exit. Pagdating ko sa exit, parang nag-aantay pa rin sa wala yung mga nauna pa sa akin sa claiming area.

    Sa Honda Manila wala naman akong reklamo..Basta kaclose mo yung ahente walang problema saka kelangan maaga ka pipila..
