Nagkaroon ng electrical problems yung oto ko just this afternoon (sat). Tumirik ito while I was at UP diliman. I called Honda QA dahil sila ang pinakamalapit sa lugar ko, to ask for Road service, unfortunately during that time (5:45 pm) hindi na raw nila kayang mag road service, so I called Honca Kal., fully booked din daw sila but they still promised me that within the day ay mapupuntahan pa rin nila yung sasakyan, so I waited. It was already 8pm at talagang iniisip ko na malamang hindi na ako ma service-an dahil ganoong gabi na nga e Saturday pa. Also hindi naman ako matagal nang customer ng Honda Kal. once pa lang naman ako nag pa pms sa kanila but true to their word e dumating din sila at 8:10 at nagawa rin ung oto after an hour. Loose electrical socket yung problem na nag-cut off ng power going to the main relay. Sana ganito ang after sales service ng lahat ng casa.

ok din ang honda shaw! :D diyan ka recommend ng mga tao sa HCP hehe..try mo din pag meron ka major problems on your car..

may mga umuugong ugong na mga bad stories na ba regarding the service of Honda Cars Balintawak? may pina service kami sa vehicle sa Balintawak eh... medyo natatagalan gawin.. una may piyesa daw na manggaling ng planta.. na di pa dumadating.. nung dumating na.. may nakita na naman daw na ibang problem.. and this new problem will cost major moolah...

medyo duda ako but hindi naman totally duda like if kung sa honda cars shaw ko ito pinasok...

When I had my honda, sa balintawak ako lagi nagpapaservice....ok naman sila... i've talked to other honda owners din doon while waiting for my car to be released and kahit malayo ang mga bahay nila eh doon sila nagpapaservice because of its good reputation... that was a couple of years ago...not sure if they've maintained the quality.

Tingnan mo na rin yung mga latest winners sa honda service olympics and kung nasaan silang mga dealerships based. Also, I heard (and have personally experienced) that the honda dealers owned by the yuchengco group (like balintawak) offer much better service than dealerships owned by the ayalas (like honda makati (one of the worst)).

Correction lang po, its not Honda Balintawak, its Honda Kalookan.

i have been servicing my car at hondakal for already two years, and so far they have provided me with excellent service.

Ako nung may Honda Vti pa ako Honda Shaw parati, wala naman akong complaints about them, Pasig di ko pa nasusubukan.
