pero, i like it, looks ok for short trips, like grocery runs at fetching kids..

Crossover MPV is more appropriate for this. But categorizing it shouldn't be our worry, whether it's worth the 7-digit price tag is a better discussion. If it's just a mobilio on stilts with cladding and roof rails, I'm not sure if it's worth it. Maybe I'm just not the target market heh.

I guess BRV replaces Mobilio. India already or slowly pulling out mobilio prior to the release of BRV.

Well on one hand mobilio is available now and probably without a waiting list. If you don't care much about looks and ride height, might as well Diba? Also a question of space.... Which one has better third row seats and cargo space with said seats are up

Di lang naman ang honda gumagawa ng ganung style.

Toyota = Fortuner/innova and hilux.
Ford = ranger/everest, ecosport/fiesta
Mitsu = strada / monty
Hyundai = Di ko alam. LOL
MUX / Trailblazer / Dmax / colorado
Etc...

Not every Mobilio owner would probably regret their decision. Penny pinchers who went for the mid variant would not even think of extending their budget to 1m. There is that reason why the avanza still sells compared to the innova.

My Mom-in-law was in the brink of buying a Mobilio a few weeks ago, but before going to the dealer she asked me about my thoughts, I told her to hold off the purchase for a few weeks because of the imminent launching of the BRV. She seems to like the BRV when we showed her the pics with the matching "buti na lang nakinig ako sayo kundi, baka nagsisisi na ko ngayon". I told her to make a small deposit if she really likes it para mauna sa pila and in the event that for some reason she prefers the Mobilio, the deposit can be used for the Mobilio instead.
