hirap umarangkada from stop to go

scenario:
aircon on, sometimes yung car is hirap umabante or hirap umabante pareverse (parang engine hesitation) from full stop.. pero pag nakabwelo na ok na at swabe na ang takbo...

aircon off:swabe at smooth ang takbo from full stop.. di ko naeexperience ang engine hesitation..

what do u think seems to be causing the problem?
