Mga sir anu po ba possible cause kung bakit mabilis maubos tubig ng radiator?

    Honda Vtec 96 model.

1.Ok naman yung takip ng radiator
2.Wala naman akong nakitang leak sa radiator.
3.Kumukulo yung tubig sa water tank reserve.(parang may pressure yung host papunta sa water tank reserve)

    Thnx

Malaking possibility na cylinder head gasket or cylinder head itself

Had same problem on our starex. Sinusuka nya yung tubig, nag ooverheat. cylinder head gasket nga prob. less than 10k, kasi may mga iba pang nakita na papalitan.

Does your ride have a history of overheating? Or did it experienced overheat? If yes then that's the result (loosing water at the radiator tank). I agree with 4gj, check your cylinder head.

i have a somewhat similar problem though not as bad...yet. i know there's a leak somwhere in my cooling system because every week i have to refill my reservoir w/o hitch, but the thing is i can't pin it down where exactly is the leak. wala naman siyang history ng overheating at kaka-over haul ko lang sa rad niya just before xmas of last year.

btw, i also have the same ride w/ the TS

    After you used/park your vehicle.
Check the upper part of the Radiator.
    If you use Water.
Mabasa basa sa gilid nya together with the pins.
    May Leak sya somewhere.

    If you use Coolant Mix.
Sa gilid nya basa-basa with blueish color
    Together with the pins din.
    May Leak sya somewhere.

Usually Dry na dry ang upper part of Radiator.

    Kung Dry naman Upper Part
    1. Check Lower Part of Radiator
    2. Check Hoses
    3. Clips Around the Hoses

    Chief, several things to check:
    1. Thermostat - make sure it operates properly; it opens the valve when operating temp is already reached or exceeded.
    2. Radiator fan switch - Make sure it turns-on the radiator fan to meet the opearting temp.
    3. Radiator fan - make sure it blows or sucks the air that passes the radiator properly. Sometimes worn-out carbon brush and poor lubrication decreases the fan's performance.
    4. Radiator - Rusty and clogged-up radiator fins decreases its performance, resulting to poor cooling system.
    5. Fittings / plugs - leaking or loose cap, rubber hose and other fittings will cause abnornal rise in temp, water loss and poor coolant circulation.
    6. Water pump - defective or worn-out water pump results in poor cooling system.
    7. Others causes as specified by our guru's above.
Hope these things can help. Thanks!
