pag naka andar yung aircon ko sa civic humihina yung acceleration halos mamatay siya kung minsan..ano dapat ayusin sa ganung problema??

Maybe the following:

-fan belt on compressor too tight. Adjust belt tension to fix.

-compressor bearings are failing, making it harder for the engine to turn. If this is your problem, you will need to replace the compressor.

Don't use the aircon if acceleration is poor.
