It's good if it's manual. Efficient, doesn't look bad at all and it's pretty spacious.
But if it's automatic, forget about it. You wouldn't want to buy the problems of others.

May 30th, 2012 11:43 AM #4I recommend if you buy in a Honda City in manual transmission. Honda CVTs installed in 2004-2007 Honda Jazz and Honda City are believed to be faulty and have a tendency to have a transmission failure. Transmission replacement will cost you to a whopping 300k in Honda dealerships.
The only benefit of having a CVT is the fuel effiency but when it is not properly programmed and reset, the fuel consumption will intensely decrease as if you are driving a V6 midsize car.
Why not try 03-05 Toyota Vios or 04-05 Honda Civic

Please sirs? Thanks so much!

CVT doesn't match so well with the 1.3 i-DSI as it did with the 1.5 VTEC, feels quite underpowered in hilly terrain and highway traffic, like passing by another vehicle or entering an intersection while a quick throttle response is also safer... At least with the manual you can get a more accurate gear selection. But the i-DSI is not a bad engine at all...

September 18th, 2012 10:10 PM #8Hi Bro!
ask ko lang kung nakabili ka na? any comments sa nabili mo? I was planning to buy the exactly the same car... and AT din sana ang bibilhin ko... though nakita ko ang dami nagkakaproblema sa AT ng City 07-08
Mga tsikoters may mapapayo ba kayo? nasa 400k max lang kasi ang budget ko... ok lang sakin magmanual kaso gagamitin din kasi ng mom ko..

You won't go wrong with a Honda City iDSI M/T. 10-12km/l city driving, up to 16km/l for highway driving (still, depends on your driving). Very spacious.

3M Color Stable series are all above 50% TSER. RFID readable through the tint, stays good for...
What's the best car tint brand and color?
