bro. kung palitan ko ung original exhaust pipe to 2" diameter wala bang maging problema?? ang gusto ko lang improve power..naka freeflow na ung muffler ko..my unit is civic '05...

di kaya mag-underpower ride mo? kasi kung 2 inch diameter nung piping e baka mahirapan ang makina kasi kadalasan 1.5 in lang mufflers e. naisip ko lang. gaganda lang siguro tunog kotse mo. para kang naka V8.

naka simota air filter- intake, freeflow muffler. manual trans. engine : vti-s/vtec 1.6 L.. '05 model..

Change your Simota out for a real filter, make sure you have a real muffler and not a pipe with holes drilled in it (the holes on the interior of the muffler should be smooth), and get the 2 inch pipe. 2 inch pipe with stock headers on a 1.6 won't be a problem. When you change to sports headers, then there might be some low-rpm loss, but not much, and you will have a slightly quicker but relatively noisy car.

Hows about naman po kung Honda city typez 1.3 engine? I have a simota air filter, but to add more power i'm planning to upgrade headers, downpipe, and a free flow muff (actually napachange ko na yung muff ko sa isang shop dito sa bf pque, not sure kung maganda yung naipalit kaya plano ko pa rin sana palitan. may 2" diameter naman. ) Nagdadalawang isip ko sa move na to kasi po BAKA instead na mag gain ng power mawalan pa ... is it worht my money? do i need to change headers as well or yung downpipe na lang? sorry po dami ko tanung.... hehehe

Wasting your money trying to get more power from the 1.3L engine. Save your money for an engine swap with a bigger and more powerful engine.

kung carb type ang engine mo walang magiging problema pero ewan ko lang kung EFI kasi maski ang exhaust nyan meron din sensor.

tingin ko maigeng i-konsulta mo na lang sa SMT yan na kilalang gumagamawa ng mga Exhaust or muffler at kilala din nung 90's na pinakamagaling gumawa at mura na exhaust.
