Grabe! Ang hirap na ngayon maghanap ng talagang magaling at marunong at honest na mga mekaniko. It seems that mentallity na nila now eh ang kumita agad. Imagine kung nagpalit ka ng tranny. Hindi biro yan. Tapos ganun pa rin, may tunog pa rin.
Dapat lang talaga na mag scout muna or try to get advice like here at the forum bago tayo magpagawa.
Also, sana, i-post natin dito yung mga shops na palpak na ating na encounter para naman maging "warning" sa ating lahat at maiwasan sila.

By the way, before I left, I had the following fixed and done.
1. Checked/replaced worn out suspension parts. Done at Cruven Camp Crame. Cost me P6,000.
2. Premium Tune-Up at Rapide Market Market that includes engine filter and oil change (AC Delco), drained tranny and used AC Delco ATF, radiator flush and used AC Delco too, wheel balance and rotation, replaced all spark plugs, air filter and etc. Busted/old lights replaced for free. Cost me P4,000+. Note: I had a good experience with AC Delco products and they are indeed a bit expensive but of high quality and reliability. Even here abroad, I use AC Delco products for my Camaro Z28.
3. Undercoating at Petron C-5. Cost me P1,600.
Costs a lot to maintain a car, but I always think first the safety of my family as they are the one using our old black and still reliable Honda Accord EXI 1994 during my absence.
