a/c condenser fan thingy is that round thing in front of your condenser( the radiator looking thingy in front of the cooling system radiator). it is there to cool the refrigerant of the air conditioning or climate control after it has removed some of the heat from the vehicle passenger space. it pulls air flow to the condenser when the vehicle is not in forward motion or augment the ram air to cool the condenser to remove unwanted heat from the refrigerant which took the unwanted latent heat from within the passenger compartment. i hope this is simple enough to understand
