Sorry but I can't still get over the fact that even if you knew you paid for an insurance but you still paid not once but thrice for repairs that should have been covered by insurance. Even if you are pretty new to this car buying thing, once or even twice is enough to educate you that there is something fishy going on, but thrice?

I am pretty sure you are knowledgable in computers enough to scan or even take photos of your receipt to support your statement, since you are knowledgeable enough to locate and register in this forum.

I am not saying that your statement is true or false, since with the absence of any evidence all this is are hearsay. It is quite easy nowadays to ruin a person's identity, I really hope you have all the evidence since all these things you have posted can be used against you if this person decides to file a case of libel against you.

Lesson learned: Let's not depend that much on our SA's (maski saksakan siya ng ganda) and trust in our own instincts. Pag bagito sa car purchasing (lalo na kung bago ang bibilhin) do your research and ask since it pays of to be well informed. Di naman sa kinakampihan ko yung SA...pero kakaduda nga yung story in TS...3x sya nagbayad ng insurance! Tapos ni hindi man lang sya nagduda kung bakit kulang yung papeles nya? Hmmmm...
