May 17th, 2011 04:15 PM #1I bought a Honda Civic with Comprehensive Insurance with them tru their sales exec Janet Tan last Oct 2010. I paid full cash:
Honda Civic 1.8S - 978 000.00
Malayan Comp. Insurance with AOG daw - 33 000.00
Free LTO REG
I paid total around 1 013 000.00 to her at Honda Quezon Ave.
Nag claim ako ng insurance first time last year November kasi sumadsad sa gutter yung sasakyan ko since first time driver kaso di daw complete ang papers ko sabi sa service center nila. Pinuntahan ko daw sales exec ko si Janet Tan. So pinuntahan ko sales exec ko at sabi nya sya na daw bahala maglakad nun at umuwi na lang daw ako. Ive waited 3 weeks then nag text sales exec ko i need to pay around 13 800. I paid it by cash. Tinanong ko sales exec ko Janet Tan na di pala covered yun ng Comprehensive Insurance sabi nya di daw. Im a first time car buyer so i dont know any of this stuff.
Nagasgasan yung sasakyan ko last January 18 as usual since kulang ang papers ko at di binigay ni Janet Tan ang policy ng insurance ko nag pay na naman ako ng cash sa Service Center nila around 10 000.
I had another claim around 12800 end of January kaso wala pa rin policy ng insurance ko na binibigay ni Janet Tan so i need to pay by cash again.
Later I have a friend na marunong sa kotse at may Honda sabi nya sakin bakit daw di ko ginagamit yung Comprehensive Insurance ko dapat participation fee lang ang binabayaran ko. So nagtanong tanong ako sa Honda Cars Quezon Ave and had a talk with the Sales Manager Erwin Asis. I just found out kulang talaga ang papers ko with my Comprehensive Insurance sa Malayan. Walang maibigay si Janet Tan na policy sakin until now even fully paid na ako sa insurance 33 000.
Now her Sales Manager Erwin is investigating the matter. So guys be careful with this Janet Tan baka binulsa lang yung binayad kong 33 000 for my insurance.

sa Honda ka dapat mag complain. kasi you paid everything c/o their sales rep. may resibo ka naman e.
better keep in touch with the sales manager. and demand for a written explanation from Honda Q.Ave. good luck!

You don't gives your sales agent or service advisor CASH or CHEQUE, that's supposed to be against any company policy! Nabulsa na yan malamang, you only deal with the CASHIER of the CASA and right then the CASHIER of the CASA should issue you a receipt for cash payments or a provisional receipt if its a cheque (kasi may clearing pa). Even if wala pa yung insurance policy mismo basta nagbayad ka dapat may receipt yun!

yan ang mahirap, nadali ka na ng 33k sa insurance, nadali ka pa sa claim.
your car is so young that participation lang kailangan and no depreciation.
she should get fired and sued for damages.

^nope! yun nga tatanong ko sa Ts kung maganda ba?

Then he posts the girl's mobile phone numbers? The story sound kinds of fishy to me lalo na pag isang post pa lang yung ts.
