Last March 16, 2015 nagpagawa ako ng gearbox dahil may leak at nagpapalit ng ako ng ibang parts like stabilizer link, tie rod , compliance bushing at my ibang parts na hindi ko n matandaan. Nagpa-duplicate din ako ng susi. Total damage ay 27k daw for 4 days.

Ang problema ay ganito, ayaw nila palitan yun parts na gusto ko papalitan. Example un tie rod at bushing, siguro dahil para mas kumita pa sa labor. Nakuha naman ang kotse after 4 days kaso 35k na ang sinisingil sakin dahil mahal daw gawin ang gearbox. Sana man lang nag-inform sila kaso wala e. nag What if wala akong extrang pera? No choice ako kundi magbayad dahil kaylangan magamit ang kotse.

You can complain because the amount charged exceeded the cost estimate provided to you. If anything, they should have confirmed with you first before proceeding with the repairs so that you can decide whether or not to proceed with the works. Nangyari na sa akin yan and I insisted to pay only the amount initially quoted to me. Kasi alam na nila ang scope ng trabaho nung pina-quote mo 'yan. Kung iba o mas malaki ang sira, dun lang siguro dapat magkaroon ng cost adjustment.

Masyado ako mabait mga sir, hindi na ako magrereklamo hehe. Hindi na lang ako magpapagawa sa kanila. Planning to buy pa naman ng City or Civic. Sa ibang dealer na lang siguro.

Are you referring to Honda San Pablo and Santa Rosa, Laguna? Honda Carmona is Cavite, right. I think they also have different franchisees.

Kung alam ko lang ganun ang price sa Benmawi Motors na lang sana ako nagpagawa. Naayos man leak sa gearbox pero yun isa kong concern na kumakabig yun kotse pa-kaliwa hindi naayos. Nakalimutan ko lang isama sa una kong post. Ang sabi nun taga-honda may shop daw sa Biñan or Sta. Rosa na maayos mag-check ng kabig. Parang nakakaloko yun sinabi. Lahat ng gulong ko bago at walang bengkong ang mags.

Ang alam ko Honda Carmona is owned by the same group that owns Rapide, so its not surprising given the bad rep of Rapide
