may sumpa ba ang alabang? honda at toyota alabang pareho bagsak sa satisfaction ng owners... i can attest to honda alabang fail, lagi na lang pag ipapasok yong 2nd gen crv namin dati sa honda alabang eh may panibago nasisira...

pero kung may sumpa ang alabang, mukang may swerte naman ang honda at toyota makati branch at maganda ang customer feedback... baket kaya ganun?

Main branch yung honda makati.. Sa Honda Cars Makati group(bgc,alabang,makati, shaw).. Siguro di lang nila namomonitor yung galaw ng mga sub branch nila.. Pero mukhang matagal na panahon na napapabayaan yung sub branch nila.

Dati while hunting cars, I Read forums and ask friends advise.

Eto yung mga comments nila:
Mazda - hirap sa parts at di rin sure ang service, kaya yung yojin 3 is somewhat questionable..
Ford - their after market sucks
Honda - mahal ang service
Citimotors(mitsu) - ok ang service, pero di sure sa parts
Toyota - ok ang parts and service

Lahat ng yan is mixed feedback, may positive and negative.. Minsan humihigit ang negative but usual is pantay pang.

Hindi kaya isolated incident lang to? Kasi yung officemate ko na may honda city ay sa alabang nagpapagawa, but yung SA nya is yung recommended ng company namin. Sabi nga nya na irerecommend din nya sakin. :-).. But well see, gusto ko rin ma experience yung honda alabang, but natatakot ako sa mga forum feedback na nagagasgasan yung panels, nawawalan ng gamit(though lahat naman siguro), nadudumihan yung loob or di malinis after magpaayos at tumatagal yung service, hindi rin properly coordinated etc..
Yang mga negative feedback na yan ang nagsstop sakin para ipursue ang magpagawa dun.
But diba "ang baho lang usually ang nirereklamo"?

gusto ko sana dito magpaservice kasi anlapit lang samin. pwede ko rin puntahan ng weekdays kasi lapit lang sa work place ko (makakalibre pa ko parking) kaso sa sobrang dami ng bad feedback dito hindi ko na inattempt na dito magpa PMS. Sa BGC ako nagpapa PMS, mga 3 beses ata kaso since hindi naman nila inayos ung nireport ko problema sa Shaw branch na lang ako pumunta nung sumunod na PMS na. Eto pinaka ok sa lahat ng napuntahan ko, asikaso pa ko ng SA. Tinitiyaga ko na puntahan kahit malayo since maayos naman ang service.

Wala ba CCTV sa Honda Alabang service area? With all the complaints. Hinde man lang Malagyan ng management. Tapos pwede rin I-beam sa lounge para kahit hinde makapasok cusromeda makita nila galaw ng mga workers.

What a nice a idea, not only for Honda Alabang but for all casa. Bawa't servoce bay may cam na pwedeng i-access ng owner sa smartfone nya.

They probably didn't switch and grab. Where will they sell the part to? It's a 2016 model that was just released so all the cars won't be needing a new part. Unless that shocks can also be used in older models.

You'd be amazed at how fast these technicians can replace your part. They usually do that during test driving your vehicle.

Actually, techs can do that. Switch the parts and sell the parts outside the casa with their suki. Wala naman din gastos ang casa coz under warrranty. Hassle nga lang sa customer coz ilang buwan or weeks mababakante car nya

That's why never trust the casa completely. For me, talaga basta after warranty get out na kagad.

Casa are like samsung service or hp service centers. Most tech personnel disgnose a faulty gadget to be replaced. Then they resell them in olx or tpc. Where do you think all those slightly used gadgets in the underground market are coming from?

So be smart guys, we live in a very complicated world na.

We think if we purchase these technological items our lives will improve. Think again.

I asked the attending representative if i can get an estimate so i would know how much it would cost and have a budgeting plan. i was surprised that i will be needing to pay around 5k just to get an initial quote from them. Theyre are charging me for every assessment that theyre going to perform just to check the problem and we havent talked about repairs yet. Im not wealthy, and i dont think i could afford to pay 5k just to have a quote.

Gastusin mo na lang 5k, change to idemitsu FS oil, oil fiter, air filter, fuel filter, sparkplugs, clean fuel injectors, change coolant, brake fluid, p/s fluid, clean aircon (passenger side wet flooring), change ATF fluid (reverse problems), change brake pads (slidiing) at mag-pa full under chassis check ka na sa gas station, minsan P100 lang tip ko dun. Btw, get all honda fluids haha from another casa not from alabang

Kesa magpa loko ka diyan sa casa. Although alam ko na yan P5k na yan, OBD scan lang yan. Galing gumawa ng pera casa lol

Btw, check the health of your fans (radiator and aux) Kadalasan yan ang ugat ng engine problems ng honda. Eveytime, i encounter a problem, automatic yan chine-check ko fans ko, just put your hand in between the fans and engine while running dapat yun force ng hangin tipong mas malakas pa sa maximum blower ng aircon mo

my car is currently being serviced sa honda alabang ngayon and found a faulty gasket sa silencer nung stock pipe ko and it would cost 20k+ to have it replaced. sus! sabe ko bili na lang ako aftermarket pipe.

All along tama pala ako. DAti sabi ko may problema ba sa tubig or hangin jan sa alabang kasi lagi may casa horror story. Toyota alabang sucks honda alabang horror regal shocker.

To all Honda lovers, DON'T go to Honda Alabang for your car repair services, coz you'll get your car back after "10 thousand years"...

I had my accident on July 27, 2009... it was kind of a huge wrecked and my only focus was how and where to get it fixed? I bought my car (Honda city 2009) at Honda Alabang, so normally for my damages, I trust that their services is as great as their sales talk. But alas! Until now, they're still making excuses that they can't commit to the EXTENDED date they have given me! (Keso may kulang pang parts and all...) When the damages that they are telling me were all visible damage! You can see them when you make your initial estimate! Example was the fog lamps, the water tank, etc. All can be obviously seen! And they're telling me that they'll be needing MORE TIME for these parts because they were not accounted in the estimate. Why?? They can't answer that question..
I've brought my car in, on the first weeks of August and they've given me the "Promised date" of Sept.22, to release the car and what date is it? October 2!
I have given my utmost patience with this matter...pero naman, don't you think they had enough??
So to all those people who were affected with the flood... I advice you NOT TO GO to HONDA ALABANG... you'll be getting your car/s on Christmas DAy.. seriously. Their services there really Sucks!
Especially if you're talking to MR. MARLON TERIA (One of the service representatives)... then Good luck to you!

I've given them the final date next week... I'll be blogging on what will happen and how they will deal with this situation..
But to you HONDA GUYS out there... is this really how you treat your loyal costumers?? You just make the sales and that's it?!? Shame. Shame.

And if there's anyone out there who knows how to deal with this kind/s of situation, please please tell me what to do... Really need help. Big time.

Hi maam, can you give me an advised on what's the best thing to do with this situation I am currently having almost the same issue or exeprience from honda alabang. Please help. June 2 pa since ipinasok sa casa ung auto ko binibigay nilang lead time for the parts to arrive is october daw.
