Ask ko lng po kung ano reason kung bakit baba ng fc ng city ko, umaabot lng ng 8km/lit city driving. pero nung nagtry ako ng wlang aircon umabot ng 16km/lit 4 kmi sa loob. pncheck ko n dn sa mga aircon specialist wla nmn dw prob sa aircon. ano po kaya reason? napalitan n plugs, oil, at air filter. hope you can help me...

Seek a 2nd opinion from a trusted/reputable aircon shop. The compressor or cooling system may be giving the engine more load than it should since you said the car guzzles gas when the aircon is engaged.

I also have the same car as you guys. In my experience, it's in the gas. ;)

Before i was loading up Caltex Silver, Shell Super and Petron Xtra and yeah i am getting ~8km/L. Tried Gold and i got 9km+/L, for XCS got 10km+/L and Shell Premium is the highest at 11km+/L. This is all city driving with aircon on all the time.

Try out these fuels and see if your FC improves.
