The variants available were: (from lowest to highest price)
VTI
VTI-S
2.0 RS
VTI and VTI-S share the same 1.6li engine. The difference is in the trim level and equipment inside.
2.0RS would be great to get, although it must be hard to find. No sure.

February 10th, 2012 03:57 PM #4AFAIK the S in the VTI-S stands for safety.
ABS + Airbags ata yung main diff?
(Baka dito nanggaling yung variants ng FD, 1.8 V for VTI and 1.8 S for VTI-S)

plus LXi with 1.5 engine.
afaik, the RS had a 1.6 engine, 7-spoke SiR-like wheels, mesh grille with RS emblem, side skirts.
after which came the facelifted ES, with new headlights with separate high beam. the facelifted ES had a 2.0 version which was simply called 2.0 i-VTEC.

February 25th, 2012 01:34 AM #8Civic vti-s top of the line sa 1.6 na d16 engine. based on my experience, matipid naman. usual 8-10kms sa city at 12-14kms sa highway lalo na kung shift before 2k rpm.. all disk brake, abs at airbags na. 2.0 naman yung es 2.0. kilala din 2004-2005 civic as eagle eye dahil sa headlight nila.. :-)
