I know those cars. The first generation could hit 185-190 because it was narrow, with a small frontal area, and light. Indeed, they could keep going after a 1.6 liter compact hits its "speed-limiter" (around 180).
But 200 is a streeeeetch. Remember, most stock speedometers over-read by a huge amount at high speed. I'm confident about mine because I've measured it against a GPS performance meter (at up to and beyond 160) and I know it's accurate. Most 90's cars over-read by anywhere between 5-15 km/h at speeds of 180 km/h.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

A GE6 Honda Jazz 1.3 M/T can hit 200 km/h, stock. Proven on SCTEX.
An older GD1 Honda Jazz 1.3 M/T won't see anywhere near that speed. Top whack I've attained is 155 km/h. On paper the top speed is 106 mph, so that's about 170 km/h here.
Regardless, once you hit those speeds prepare to say goodbye to your fuel economy.
