A colleague has a new 2018 Civic E cvt. May paraan ba to turn off the drl independently without turning on the park lights? Wala kami makita kasi sa settings sa vehicle info. screen. Thanks
    But why?

If you remote start, hindi mag on DRL. Other than that, walang way. Maybe there's a fuse that you can remove.

In other markets, hindi mag on ang DRL from normal start while the parking brake is engaged.

Options are in the BCM. Some opt em off to extend the life of pricey lamp assemblies.

Adjusted my headlight para tumaas aim, mas comfy na mag drive pag gabi lalo na at high speeds.

Doesn't look like may auto-levelling, mukang na false-advertisement tayo.

Paano na ngayon yan pag fully loaded ka na? Di kaya mas matindi pa yung glare sa oncoming vehicles?

Ako naman hindi ko napapansin na tumataas yung aim ng lights even if I have two adults at the back plus their luggage in the trunk.

But you may be on to something as I cannot also seem to find any leveling mechanism around the headlights. Maybe it's inside the housing?

Doesn’t add up though plus the driver was apparently up there in age?

was it a transmission gearbox or steering gearbox?

brakes dont fail that easily.. unless the booster had a leak.

Steering gearbox (the rampant FC issue)

Their casa replaced it and then the brake issue manifested 2 days later when the owner’s lolo used the car. Could it be casa error when they were putting back together?

normally when the steering gear box is replaced, the wheel, brake caliper, and knuckle are removed, then subframe has to be lowered then they replace the gear box or steering assembly.

the brake lines can hold the caliper if its still new. even if the tech was lazy.

also if the brake fluid was low before the accident that would have been recorded in the error log.

after the mechanical job is done, the steering angle sensor have to be programmed afterwards.

brake system wouldn't have been compromised by this recall job.

Mine I think has a brake booster/vacuum leak.

Everytime I start the car in the morning, the brake pedal is hard to press.

This has been going on since I got the car, turning 1 year old next month already.

Nah, that's a different EPS issue. Only few cars were affected, mga 50+ lang ata.

Mga bossing magandang umaga po. Anybody here knows if there is an OTA Update for our Head Units? My phone was updated to Android 9 and when I connect it to the car, Android Auto says that it's not compatible due to some sort of security issue. Salamat po.
