I did not opt to get the free tint because of poor reviews on 3M FX ST. Got 3M Black Chrome 20 instead(what do you think?)
Bagay yung CS series (black shade) since WOP yung car mo, BC series (mirror/chrome like) will look bad, IMHO.

I already traveled a whopping 39 KM! I'll return next week to get the free seat cover installed.
I travel 50kms everyday, lol. The free seat cover sucks, I opted to get the free car cover instead (I only use it if di gagamitin for >1 week to minimize swirls)

    - Paint Chip on the side at the back of the Driver's Door(could be a button on my pants when getting in the car. clumsy me, I know! 2 pen size dots)
Have it fixed soon since it will probably rust eventually. Easy to touch up since your unit is white. I personally use the Honda touch up paint for my modern steel metallic. The shade is not 100% but good enough for very small nicks, it comes with clear coat din (the shade gets closer after applying the clear).
    - Found rusts on the tire nuts(probably came from the tool the mechanic used)
Hindi yan rust, yan yung parang lines na orange, right? Parang marker or something ata yan.

Where did you buy the modern steel touch up paint?

I think sa Lazada or Shopee, 1.2k php.

Most likely yes. Pero I expect it to be very subtle. (parang facelift ng City GM) Yung GM6 kase medyo major yung facelift. Also yung Yaris grabe yung facelift, parang all-new na din hehe.

ayusin muna nila ang rattles and paint work bago mag facelift
Kahapon nagpa-gas ako, eh nasa kabilang side yung fuel door, so pinaikot, ayun sumabit sa bumper.

Di ko pinansin while nasa station, ayun pag uwi ko nakita ko may gasgas, and yung gasgas na parang nabangga ng other car. Had to use a scratch remover and was able to hide at least 85% of the scratch.

Will try to inquire and visit pag may time.

The Honda Ek, es and fd were face-lifted couple of years before the body change... So 2016 start ng fc, 2019 to 2020 face-lift before the major body change?

If you really need a new car now, then go for it. The Civic FC is a very decent car. If you care more for something newer, then wait for the refreshed Civic FC.

    Re: Leather

If that's the case, then, the leatherette (PU) is a better option. Some leatherette quality can rival real leather.

Ah no naman, even the leather on the abused test unit is still miles better than any leatherette seat cover.

Was at Honda Q.Ave earlier, and their Civic RS was on display. First thing I noticed - the condition of the leather was so bad for a 2 year old car!

The steering wheel leather was already shiny, and the seat leather was shiny and soft. It was almost as bad as the leather on my 14 year old Mazda 3.The nice thing was that the leather on the doors and center armrest were still good, so I'm still considering getting those reupholstered for my Civic.

What I saw makes me feel better that I have a urethane steering wheel. The nice thing about the 1.8E's steering wheel is that it has a nice texture to it, unlike the plain urethane steering wheel of other cars like the City/Jazz 1.5E. The design of the fabric seats are also very nice and easy to clean, so I don't feel like I'm missing out much.

Hopefully the leather seats and steering wheel on our CRV lasts longer in good condition.

Pansin ko there are several 'grades' of leather din.

The Camries and Accords get something different than the Civics, Corollas, Fortuners, etc.

The Lexus leathers seem a bit better than those (we don't have but based on a quick butt feel).

Don't know where the CRVs sit.

Even Mercedes Benz and BMW can be ordered with special leather and wood trimmings on their flagship models ...

The steering wheel of my 2015 Altis was in better shape than that of the 2016 RS so even within the same category iba iba rin. Even our old 2009 Altis with factory leather was in better condition when we sold it. Baka laspag lang talaga kasi test unit.

Not a unit for sale, it's their test unit, just happened to be parked in the showroom when I was there.

I find that the leather of hondas don't really hold up well pag frequent usage.

Had my sound set up installed by Projekt Audio Innovations in Marikina/Antipolo. We’ve been going there for the past decade and a half.

Stock HU + line out converter + amp + seps + sub set up for me.
