Based on my 5minutes time with the 2014 Jazz.
I find the new 2014 Jazz unimpressive and not much reason to upgrade from the previous Jazz GE iteration. Personally, if I have to choose between the two, I'll just get the Jazz GE and add aftermarket accessories.
The HU is a letdown. It looked like it was tacked-on and not an integrated design. (See pic below.)
Upper pic is the GE Jazz with an aftermarket HU that looks like it's part of the overall design. The lower pic with the Jazz 2014 HU.
Cupholder: I like using the Jazz front cup holders to keep my drinks cold as it's in front of the aircon vent. The new 2014 Jazz cup holder (only the driver side has a cup holder, there's none at the passenger-side aircon vent) looks like a candidate for device failure with the swinging thingamajig that will expand to accommodate a cup.
Econ button: That green econ button in the 2014 Jazz is nice (upper pic), especially for people with a heavy foot like me who would like to save on fuel consumption. The button pretty much prevent you from accelerating too fast. Although you can easily get an aftermarket throttle controller (lower pic) that gives you control on either fuel economy or a zippy ride that's especially fun for being able to do singit in our start-and-stop traffic in the blink of an eye. :-)
The rear seat legroom on the 2014 Jazz is wider with the middle passenger seat gaining a headrest. But the way your feet rest is at a slight incline and not immediately comfortable, while seating in the middle your butt will feel two protrusions as the 1/3 seat and 2/3 seat are not exactly aligned. (Of course, the one that I sat on might not be adjusted properly.)
