Honda Trans is vital and must change every 50,000 Kilometers to make sure smooth operation of your tranny.
I highly recommend to use HONDA TRANS. FLUID ONLY...also dont forget to change the filter also. If budget is concern at least have theme plush your filter but must change after your second change of fluid. Trans is one of the heart and soul of your car, yet it is one of the most neglected parts of the car.
Spend a little money now and guarantee your tranny is one happy gilroy and stay with you for the life of your car.

For engine..
5-30w
5-25w

For brake..
DOT-3
DOT-4
If you use DOT 3 before then use DOT 3 only. If your planning to use DOT 4 in your car then make sure to flush out all DOT 3 in your brake system.

Most gas stations, Shell included, only drain the ATF from the drainplug. Then refill using a pump. Hindi na nila binababa yung transmission crankcase (yun na ba tawag dun?), kaya hindi na nila nalilinis yung filter. Kasi ganito ginawa nila sa Petron, when I had it flushed.

To be sure, ipa-Transtech mo na. Search mo na lang dito, marami nang thread regarding it.
