Agree jut. Had a long trip this weekend ~300km and the fam commented the same, comparing with the other gen2 MS that we usually use for long trips. Just missed the MS sa unpaved roads 🤦🏻*♂️

plus na lang this time yun FE specially on hilly slopes accumulating pa din ng 17.5 km/L at 50kph ave speed...

Sir jut what is your take on the CRV's brake hold system? I noticed a cranky noise kung medyo alanganin ako sa pagtapak sa brake di ko alam kung ako lang ba naka notice nun.

It lives up to the Comfortable Runabout Vehicle monicker quite well, this new generation.

Yup, noticed that too. Happens when you're crawling to a stop and then brake hold engages. The brake hold on my Civic engages more smoothly.

The way to get around it is to not crawl at 1 kph before stopping. Say you're going at 60 and then need to stop at a stoplight - coast and/or brake lightly til you're at about 5 kph, and then brake to a full stop. If you really need to crawl, turn brake hold off.

Thanks sir Jut. That's what I did -- coast and brake lightly or better turn the system off.

From the ceiling lining, sa pilar, under the dash/glove box then the center console. madali naman alisin yun mga panels sa side ng center console para ma access yun likod ng shifter/buttons...

Yun palabas lang wire na ang medyo mahirap kaya little force to put it out...

Yung siksik sa gitna palabas ng center console din yung nahirapan ako so sa side ko pinadaan, makapal kasi yung extension wire na ginamit ko. I'll try your style with a thinner wire na black naman para hindi halata.

Nice din yung pagkalagay sa akin walang wires na makikita kaso natanggal lang ang camera ayaw magdikit after weeks of using it.

Hardwire kit is composed of a 12v-5v mini usb power cable and a piggy back fuse tap.

Naka tap na sa fuse box ang power ng dash cam pag naka hardwire kit ka.

Insurance companies can help by providing incentives such as a lower premium for cars with dash cams or as mentioned above, no longer require a police report if they can submit the footage from the dash cam for claims.

You may want to start looking into the lemon law and see if it will apply to your case.
