It's an orange or carrot red in person [emoji14]
Their equipment must be good [emoji3]

We're supposed to get that color pero nun nakita ni mrs sa kalsada, she said no. Hehe

Ewan ko, sa kodo red napapatingin ako every time nakakakita ako sa kalsada.

Also, the CR-V's red might look "luma" in just a few years since it's orange biased unlike the mazda's soul red.

IMHO, nature colors like green, and brown, and silver tend to age more graceful compared to other colors.

Ask my friend on LTO kung how many days they process or/cr ng new car. He said 2 to 3 days processing.
Ask again bakit matagal marelease ng casa yung or/cr ng mga owner ng new car. He answers yung casa kasi nagdadala sila dito ng mga papers to process in a bulk meaning maramihan so kahit narelease na yung car nandun pa mga papeles sa casa for a couple of days before they forwarded to LTO for processing. Then kung tapos na yung processing ng LTO ay tatawag sila sa casa to pick up the or/cr's. Yung pipick up di pa makakapunta dahil inaantay pa ng messenger ng casa yung new papers for processing again. Meaning by batch ang pick up at deliver sa LTO ng mga casa to save something idonno.

Parang cat and mouse nga yan...

The article is a bit old though:

    http://www.topgear.com.ph/news/indus...n-for-your-car

Inask ko yung mga docs sa article dun sa SA ko. Sabi nya wala silang copy kasi nasubmit na nila sa LTO.

You can try. Tapos sabihin mo na mag patulong ka sa friend mo sa LTO. Baka mataranta ang SA at isubmit yung mga papers agad agad kung hindi nya pa nasusubmit.

I already got mine home delivery pa to my shanty by my SA. Posting this situation to enlighten yung mga katsikot natin na matagal ng naghihintay ng mga or/cr nila which means poor service from your casa itself kasi nga tapos na transactions nyo sa casa at nakuha nyo na yung unit. Casa priorities is for new perspective buyers nila at yung mga narelease na unit nila ay so so na lang.

Computed via fill up method: 10.55 km/l.
    On the Trip computer: 12.1 km/l [emoji14]

Mixed city and highway driving ito. May idle time sa parking with the engine on.

There's no argument on CVT improvement & Honda's trust rating is high. They're great new w/ warranty.
Still, the belt is the weak link. Rubber will eventually go. Remember timing belts? The wise went back to chains.
Me...I keep mine long term....til there's no choice left, I'm staying as far away.

Not hoping for that, sir. No joke seeing so many fail before. I sincerely wish everyone well....no sarcasm.
Just sharing my humble 2cents, however unwelcomed. If I were to own 1, I'd definitely wipe the risks off w/ extended warranty.

been using the gas variant for about 3 wks already and surprisingly, the cvt does its job well..if you need some more punch for overtaking or whatever, simply click the left paddle to downshift..i decided to remain with the petrol model like my previous crvs coz first, i dont like diesel engines for cars or compact suvs; im not convinced yet with small engines, diesel or petrol, tweaked by turbos just to spew some hp and torque, im still for naturally aspirated ones; also, i dont need a third row which only adds weight and eats up luggage space..indeed the diesel variant has a lot of muscle, that's needed coz its curb weight alone, SX model, is heavier by abt 300kgs over the gas model if im not mistaken..at least for my needs, the gas variant suffices, as in the past..surely you have your own reasons

    thanks for sharing...

did you know: of the almost 400,000 new vehicles sold last year in the philippines, less than 2500 have participated here in the forums . lol

most new owners are on fb.

    again thanks.

Hi all. Got my gas crv oct 25, received or/cr just now.
Anyway, my first taste of cvt was a 2004(+/-) lancer. Wala nman problem even my neighbor who bought it afterwards.
For me I will only start thinking about cvt or even engine failure when it clocks 120k km upwards which is far from happening to me coz dispose na yun even maybe halfway palang.

Just finished having it ceramic coated using Gtechniq, by Donjs? in his place in Sta rosa.
As for the crvs performance, ramdam talaga the tough chassis set up. NVH way better than my prev gen3.
    My gripes are:
    -cheap plastic/sound of steering buttons.
    - lower parts of the body (plastic portions) from the front bumper down to mud guard area. Dko alam gano katagal aabutin mga yun.
