I tried touching the seat position adjuster before going down from the car.... didn't work. Baka nga dapat hawak ko yun at the time I set foot sa ground. Hehe

That would be fun. Haha

Ano na nangyari sa Ultinon upgrade natin? Wala pa bang volunteer to take one for the team?
It's so cheap masira in 1 year ok lang.

Yung akin actually meron parin when shifting from D to N or vice versa at normal engine temp. Kapag cold start, understandable pa. One of these days tatawagan ko ulit yung SA ko for checking pero nakakapagod na eto sa totoo lang. These are the times i miss the T badge sa totoo lang. hehe

Pacheck mo nalang sa casa for proper diagnosis.. pwedeng shock mounting or engine support talaga

Never mind that they're priced at a premium and have a bare feature set.

Malakas talaga yung HID retrofits, no comparison kahit yung mga LED projectors. Kaso ang mahal, 19K up yung maganda.
Actually yan talaga naging problem kasi choices were Crv or Innova only.

Kaya nakakahinayang sa simula lumipat to HID retrofit.

    EPS siguro yan?

Semi-related, but kalampag na yung EPS ng Civic FC ko during it's 1st year. Tumutunog pag rough road din (imagine a cemented road na may halong bato bato), same sound sa City GM ko dati. Dinig lang pag mga 30kph or less.

    Haven't had it replaced yet.

    yung parang ganitong cemento.

Mahina talaga LEDs compared to proper HID retrofit. Napapaisip nga ako kung once maglapse na warranty, palitan ko ng retroffited HID projectors yung sakin..unless may magandang LED options na lumabas within the next few years. Hehe

Inquiry lang po about AWD SX variant. Parang same specs lang kasi makina with FWD variants. How about sa performance kaya? Napansin ko kasi sa ibang brand/make like Fortuner na iba makina ng AWD. Salamat.

Im not too sure, but all other things equal, mas ma-kunsomo ang AWD kesa sa FWD, kasi mas madaming components ang AWD, so mas mabigat ang pinapatakbo ng makina... Not to mention na may moon-roof pa ang SX (more added weight)...

    Just my 0.2 po.

If you want better performance, get the 2.0L gas model. Don’t expect too much from a 1.6L turbo diesel pulling all that weight from a compact utility vehicle with 7 seats.

No. Super panget ng performance ng 2.0 gas. Mas mabilis di hamak yung diesel. Have tried both on an uphill with a full load. Super hirap ng 2.0 gas and needs to be revved above 4000 rpm all the time while the diesel manages well with enough torque throughout the powerband.

The only time the 2.0 feels lively is if it has just 1 or 2 on board and on a flat road.

As a 2.0S owner, my honest recommendation is to get the 1.6 diesel.

Considerable ba difference in performance, Jut? The gas model has more power but the diesel has more torque.

How about against a Tucson or Sporty diesel?

    Yes, considerable.
Bigat na bigat lagi yung 2.0S, even if just the driver on board. Hirap sa overtake if flat out - engine sounds very stressed and needs to be revved very high but acceleration is so-so. Comparable to a 2.4 Fort, 1.9 MUX or 2.2 Everest but those have more torque so doesn't feel as stressed.

The 2.0S is very smooth though if city cruising lang or if you're driving on the highway/provincial roads with just the usual flow of traffic.

Best you can get in city driving for the CRV 2.0S is 8-9 km/L for Sunday driving. The diesel will get around 15 km/L in the same conditions. If you're concerned about FC and performance, the CRV diesel is MUCH better than the gas.

My bro has a 2.0 4th gen and now my father has the 1.6 diesel. Driven both and I can say na ang layo ng difference. Kayang sumibak ng mga Navara and Trailblazer ang 1.6 diesel in a provincial mountain road, bilib mga ako kasi my other bro ay may Montero sport MIVEC pero mas magaan dalhin ang CRV para sa akin. Ang 2.0 gas CRV kulang sa torque.

Noticeable improvement in performance between the 4th gen and 5th gen CRV 2.0 because of the CVT, but the diesel still feels much torquier and has better responsiveness in real world use.

Sa crusing speed na 110 kph ay nasa 7th gear lang siya, the 9th gear will engange at around 135 kph. Just by pulling the + paddle shifter malalaman mo kung anong gear ka na in the MID.
