The Santa Fe was officially announced in the New York International Auto Show.

BTT: The CR-V's look actually grows on you. May dating talaga siyang Volvo for me. Not as losyang as the XC90, but nowhere as sleek as the XC60.

It looks good but I really prefer the Gen1's athletic looks.

The New Gen. CRVs butt is very much subjective in the eyes of the beholder, but one thing certain-It is 'functional' in terms of space.

The 1st Gen. CRV in my opinion is the 'Best Generation CRV made, in form and function'

Dami unit sa Honda Shaw yun new CRV. Dami bumili ng gray color. I see more new CRV on the road right now, but I have only seen one CX5. I didn't expect CRV will sell more than CX5.

It's about the same price kasi, and the specs aren't so far off.

i have condos in both Ortigas and The Fort area, i don't see any brand new CRVs nor Civics. what i see a lot na parked eh hyundai accent, elantra and tucson in both areas.

kami kasi ang next growth areas eh so eto dapat ang meter, with BGC soon getting the new Shangrila and Stock Exchange, and Ortigas Center becoming SMDC. and the people here are buying Hyundais

Yung DRL ba ng CR-V uses the high beam?

I thought its LED DRL but I saw several units on the road with the high beams used as DRL

Yep. It uses the hi beam. Can't change the bulb using LED nor HID unless you use a load resistor. DRL uses a small voltage to power the bulb, but once you turn on the parklights or headlights, DRL will auto shut off.

Okay thanks, so its similar to USDM cars. Although the USDM cr-v has a different headlight.

Just today I have seen about 4 new CRVs going around the Metro.

Looks like it's selling pretty well.

Yup. Sa greenhills area pa lang marami na. Pag may opportunity I will test drive it. Curious to know the driving feel compared to other brands.

Parang mas okei ang version ng EUDM....mas maganda yung front lip bumper, and me diesel option. That would be best sana kung me ganun din dito.

Had a chance to look closer kanina in Casa ang new CRV...and yes I could confirm na hindi ganyan ang front lower lip...the looks is more like the USDM. The differrence in USDM is the obvious headlamps. but definitely the front lower lip of JDM of the above pics is not the one on display. Ano kaya yun pinaghalong USDM and JDM hehehe....Doors innards are not even sprayed with Topcoat..tsk tsk. If you're inside the car or you pop up the hood...parang same lang tlga din ng outgoing model. According to the salesman its CBU from Japan daw.
