September 23rd, 2009 12:27 PM #1I'm planning to buy the 2009 Honda Civic by October. My friend told me to wait until 2010. Does anybody here has any idea or inside info if there will be a new 2010 Civic or still the same as the 2009 model?

I think it's still the same Civic come 2010. Expect a new one some time around 2011-2012.

Too late. Nobody bought it when they were selling it, so they dropped it. People in the market for "top-of-the-line" compacts don't seem to want manuals. The Lynx RS wasn't a big sales hit (of course, Ford intentionally limited the local production run to 200 units... plus 50 more before they cancelled it) and the Focus TDCi 2.0 MT sold slowly.
The only manual transmission 2.0s you can buy at Civic prices now are the Subaru Impreza and the Mitsubishi Lancer. You can bet that 99% of buyers for the Lancer EX model go for the CVT, though.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Too late for the Lancer too... They're phasing out the 2.0 GT as well (due to slow sales).

Audi R8 4.2 V8 R-tronic

Ferrari 458 Italia
Lamborghini Murcielago E-gear
even formula 1 cars are now automatic...
so what if they are automatic?? they are sportier than their manual counterparts anyway...
