2003 crv engaging problem

mga sirs, i am owner of 2003 crv at, could any one advise me what should i do? mahina po humatak ang car po, esp sa 1st and 2nd gear, may delay sya for around .5 seconds before engaging pa pabigla, bitin po mag ovetake. could this be engine oil problem? i recently change it from full syn oil to regular oil and have the atf changed.but pagdating ng 3rd and 4th gear ok na yung takbo.thanks

I was going to buy a replacement on eBay, they are like $200 or so used, but figured I would rather pay double and get something with Navigation, and the ability to play MP3's I burn on CD. Can anyone recomend the best straight replacement unit, any manufacturer, in the $400 range? Ive tried searching online and I am not having much luck, either don't fit my 2003, or they are like $1000
