Just got my 2014 Montero Sport GLS-V AT week ago and I 'm pretty confused on how to use the sportronic mode. Any one can help? Thanks. I have never driven a vehicle with sportronic before.
Good day..Im just sharing what I know po. Shift the gear to drive then shift to the place in the middle of the + (plus) and the - (minus) Sign , if you place it on that position , you are already in first gear , then if you are already running at 1,500 rpm push the + sign , means you are going to second gear and so and so fort up to 4th gear. If you stopped , push it to the negative sign to go back to 1st gear. Remember and I hope that you know how to use the manual transmission. The shift is very similar like before you go to shift to a certain gear , you have to lower down your rev. Hope that helps
