I've had frequent glitches since I bought my unit last May, 2024. Most frequent issues: -Difficulty connecting Android Auto with my fone. Need to connect with another phone then disconnect again to get thru. -Screen glitch/distorted image; disappears when I turn off the vehicle and open the door to restart the infotainment system. -NO AUDIO when using Spotify, phone (calls both incoming and outgoing). When I switch to radio, display says AUDIO OFF and there is no orange light on the indicator /volume knob, even if I press the knob to turn on & off the volume. -Frequent disorientation of Waze, app giving confusing directions. Already complained this during my first 2k check-up. Showed S/A videos& photos of the screen glitch & other issues. He told me I need to leave my vehicle for a few days because it would take time to diagnose the issue/s.Can this be fixed by a software upgrade? How do I get one? I checked and it says that there's no update available yet. Tnx
I checked my vehicle just now ( after about 2 hours since i parked) and the audio is back. I really don't know what happened. Did several attempts earlier to restart the system but audio was still off -- up until now when I restarted the vehicle after 2 hours. Frustrating. I'd really appreciate your inputs on this. Thanks
