Its an investigation about auto repair shops that scams their loyal customers.
I dont know if this occurs here in our country with our Casa's but they are not cheap to begin with and any transactions/purchases not honored is a big loss to us and may leave hole in our pockets. My point is to make sure you check that you get what you pay for.
