    Has anyone by chance seen this blue Corolla Altis XGH 294? I need to track him down, he has been hiding somewhere in QC, in the Filinvest area.

    Also, know of any private investigators specializing in these sorts of things?

    I can't expound more here, but it's a car loan issue.

    wouldn't it be faster to tell the LTO not to allow the renewal of his vehicle because of a pending case ? But then if he sells all the car parts and leaves the chassis and engine block, the car would be a total loss
