operation tapal aspalto on potholes, well nothing new except..
The DPWH truck will suddenly stop (without brake lights), a lone man atop of the asphalt heap, will, with the use of a shovel, starts to unload its asphalt into the hole/cracked pavement without roadwork warning signs.

September 10th, 2004 09:17 AM #10hmmm...bina block off ba nila ung mga bagong tapal na pothole? any steamrollers to compress the asphalt? kasi kung hinde pa nase set ung aspalto, most likely it would end up on tires and underchassi -- nagsayang lang sila ng pagod at aspalto
