Aside for a few, like Robredo, PNoy, the default feeling is disgust when I see government officials. They are thief to my eyes unless they prove otherwise.

It is a violation of her terms of employment. She should be fired. I agree.

However, we seem to have this tendency to assume that she is corrupt for having a slot machine habit. Which are mutually exclusive issues. Some people simply have their own vices.

Her person and her work are two different things. Unless you're also defined by your work which is severely delimiting to you as a person.
