Dunno.....but i always park there, and judging from the pics, I'm confident there's sufficient space extricate my mid-size car from that tight spot in one reverse and one forward motion.

I failed to mention, there's also the factor of the Pajero parked at the slot directly behind the Corolla, adding another layer of difficulty to the Corolla's attempts at exiting the slot.
i know! :D
let's have a tsikot parking challenge. hanapin natin yung owner ng vios, then have them park the same way.
we get our respective rides and see if we can take the car out without any hassles. hehehehe.
i'm game. tutal, flat silver ang corner bumpers ng paj ngayon, i'll redo the silver kasi nagagasgasan ng wires sa gate namin. :D
no harm no foul. i dont think we should be wasting our time bitching about how it should have been done this way or that, we dont live in a perfect world and not everyone are perfect drivers, either we live with it or spend the rest of our lives mad at some stupid driver we encountered.
Besides, the parking slots in Eastwood (and for most malls) are rather small. I think it would be better if we could just direct our rage at these parking lot operators. You pay 40 bucks for a tiny space, they should consider that not everyone are driving small cars.
You did the right thing.
Newspapers will tell us guns and parking problems never end up nice.
I cannot just imagine somebody cursing me and get away with it just like that. Buti nga ipapalo lang yung baril at hindi ipuputok.Originally Posted by Bogeyman
As Pu**y mentioned, just don't try to park the same haphazard way as the car beside you. To do that, either insist on parking properly or just wait until another spot becomes available.
As for whacking the hot-tempered guy's face with your pistol, what would that have accomplished? Malamang na lalo lang kayong hindi irespeto ng tao na yun, kahit ba mas nakatatanda kayo sa kanya. Shopowner or no shopowner, it was encumbent on you to exercise more restraint, especially since (A) supposedly eh mas matanda kayo sa kanya, (B) you were carrying a firearm as opposed to his verbal weapons, and (C) there were no manifested physical threats to your person. Had you hit him first, you would have been in the wrong. As it is, it was a good thing that you were still able to control yourself.
We often put forth the misconception that elders are automatically entitled to respect. Remember that respect does not come with age, it comes with character. Higit sa matatanda, mas karapat-dapat iukol ang paggalang sa mga taong may pinagkatandaan.
