    problem is ...

how can a driver follow the rules ... if the driver doesn't know the rules!!

    Unconspicuously displayed plates = 150php

Driving while under the influence of liquor or prohibited drugs = 2000php

    Disregarding traffic signs = 150php

All these laws (kung puro gunggung at kurakot nagpapatupad) = USELESS

It was my first or second time on skyway, I didn't notice that I was on the e-pass only lane until I came the booth. I paid the cashier 129 pesos and the traffic officer gave me a ticket for an e-pass obstruction violation. Though it took me some time to pay the toll, I didn't obstruct the traffic as there was none behind me. To make matters worse my License ID turned out to be expired but my Receipt indicated that I still have up to August 13, 2009 since I got it on 2006.

Violations and corresponding fines...
