video board after guadalupe bridge...

have you guys noticed the new video board after the guadalupe bridge going to makati? just before cafe lupe? have you ever passed by it during the night? grabe liwanag! nakakasilaw! worse is the area is usually dark and you could hardly see anything in front of you. lalo na kung biglang nagchange ng screen. parang strobe light na sobrang liwanag at nakakadistract talaga. is it really too bright or is it just me? anyway, for drivers like me, it's a big and annoying road hazard.

i saw it last saturday. mukhang owned & operated by the makati city hall ito.
meron kasing pangalan at logo ni mayor binay sa ilalim ng board.

anyone else noticed that before they installed that samsung tv the huge spot right behind it was occupied by a billboard for the "biggest sony wega"?then they installed the tv & covered the motorists line of sight to the sony billboard.....sony promptly pulled out....way to go binay!

distracting pa rin kahit di mo tingnan...purpose naman talaga nyan eh makakuha ng atensyon pero nagiging delikado para sa motorsita...

yup. kahit sadyain mong hindi tignan, para sa akin, nakakasilaw pa rin dahil sa washout ng ilaw. anyway, ingat na lang at wag maging magulatin sa biglang pagflash. actually, i haven't really seen what's being flashed on the screen. kasi nga sobrang liwanag at kung tumingin ka ng matagal-tagal e mahirap magadjust kaagad ang mata sa dilim ng daan. e pag around 7-8 pm medyo mabilis ka sa bridge area tapos biglang bagal ka pagdating ng paahon sa may loyola memorial park dahil sa mga nagsswerve na bus. well, ingat na lang at sana makita ng authorities to bago may madisgrasya.

Grabeng nakakasilaw nga talaga yan jan sa may guadalupe bridge,lalo na kung sudden change ng screen from dim to very bright,minsan kahit di mo tingnan talagang masisilaw ka pa rin.masyadong delikado sa mga motorists lalo na kung new driver lang at kung maulan.

mas distracted pako with changing the cd track/radio station sa radyo kesa sa billboard na yan. don't pay direct attention to it and you'll be fine. heheheh.

kahit you try and dont pay attention makukuha talaga pansin mo eh. drove by that area last night and while i was approaching the bridge (with my attention on the road and vehicles in front of me) nagulat nalang ko sa sobrang bright nung screen! tsaka ko lang naalala tong thread na to. and i have to agree na the change in screen's birghtness is really distracting.

I remember sa mercury drug sa quiapo meron din ganyan (dati) di ko sure kung nandun pa yun. Sobrang liwanag rin nung screen, kahit nde mo tinitingnan sa sobrang bright nadidistract ka...
