napakinggan ko lang sa radio last night...here goes the story...
Nabaha daw yung Ford Escape ni Phoem mga last month (siguro nung kasagsagan ng mga bagyo). being the busy person she is (tsaka babae), she took her Escape to where she bought her Escape (which is Ford Alabang). the usual chit-chats with her service advisor and left.
after one week daw, tinawagan daw sya ng service advisor. sinisingil daw sya ng 300k. she admitted that she would have a hard time paying that off, and her service advisor told her na pwede namang mag-below the table transaction sila, which is (it is not what you think guys).... she would just have to give her service advisor 50k and her service advisor can make the cost lower by half (which is 150k). however, she refused the offer and told the service advisor that she will be pulling out her vehicle.
nung nagpunta sya sa ford alabang, she was shocked to find out that her escape eh parang nakahoy na. kalas-kalas na, tapos nakatengga dun sa likuran ng ford alabang compound (for those of you who have seen this place, open field sya, hindi covered, parang american used car junk shop).
her issues:
a) bakit daw ganung kataas yung price?
b) bakit daw kinalas-kalas na yung escape nya ng wala pa syang go-signal to proceed?
c) ano daw yung 50k na under the table na hinihingi ng service advisor?
this thing happened yesterday lang daw. she ended up taking the MRT para makahabol sya sa star patrol last night (malas....sana nakasakay ko na lang sya...)
what is your opinion on these peeps? and beware on how ford alabang does business. baka kasi kala nung service advisor, madami syang pera dahil for one, naka escape sya and second, showbiz personality sya.

)... but an electronics problem is around 50k to 100k in boxes, plus maybe 100k+ for an overhaul. All in, it can conceivably approach 300k.
