BS. Agaw baril? Tale as old as time.

Street execution is not justice. A suspect is called a suspect because we aren't sure they're guilty, yet. Once we know for sure, go ahead and decide whether the crime warrants death or not, but until then, we must be careful.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Hindi na ata suspect, na ID na siya ng complainant na nag wala ng nakita yung suspect. Less one BG sa street.

Suspect pa rin siya until convicted by final judgments by our courts.

That's true even for those who are positively identified by the victims.

IDEALLY, we like to have trial for this man. In developed countries, this would probably take two weeks of trial (just a guess).
But in our country, it will probably take two years just for the preliminary investigation to finish. So I am not surprised many people doesnt mind this kind of "justice".

At the end ng trial acquitted pa siya kasi nag kabayaran. Oks lang yan kung + ID siya at naitumba siya.

Thing is...even media are encouraging this kind of agaw-baril justice of the PNP.

Pero...pag media na ang biktima...they'll raise all sorts of hell.

They use this reasoning on purpose. It serves as a warning to other criminals.
