kawawa ma-hit and run n'yan sana hindi nya kamag-anak ang ma-
hit and run ng katulad niya but in fairness probably a stolen plate and yet to be solved.

Ouch!
I admit the company pick-up that I have been driving have no rear plate on.
Because the front plate was STOLEN! So I had to put the rear plate to the front.
Our fleet officer have already filed for a replacement plate some 3 YEARS AGO. And I've also followed it up to him hundreds of times but to no avail.
I don't know whose slow LTO or our fleet officer.
I also admit that I have committed HIT AND RUN on two occassions, but those were stray dogs. Well, I guess they won't be reporting that matter.
Seriously, I know how you guys feel. So I guess, I'll just put a temporary plate at the rear.

Yup... pero what I've posted is the reason enforcers don't catch them. Pag nakalampas na, mahirap habulin.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
