TT 5881 you dont know how to use a passing lane!!!

I just had it na talaga dito sa C5 galing SLEX!!! Bakit ang mga MC dito ang hilig hilig gumamit ng passing lane pero ang babagal nila!!!! Please enlighten me kung bakit nila ginagawa nila ito!!! Nasa passing lane ako kasi kanina at okay naman ang traffic pero itong scooter na TT 5881 na may kaangkas pa ang bagal. Nung nareach ko na speed niya less 50kph siya. So nagflash once ako. Wala. Hintay ng konti flash uli. Wala. Dalawang flash. Wala. Tapos pansin ko WALANG SIDE MIRRORS!!! Binusinahan ko na. WALA!!!! Ang masama pa biglang nagbuild ng traffic sa may passing lane ko sa likod kaya LAHAT ng nasa likod ko biglang pumunta sa slow lane para maovertake kami!!!! Shoot talaga!!!! Ang tagal bago ako makaalis sa lane na yon!!!!! OBSTRUCTION KA NA TT 5881!!!!

I have utmost respect sa mga MC brothers natin pero itong bobo na to hindi marunong magrespect sa mga kapwa niya motorista. Kung kaya mo mag 80kph sa passing lane then go for it kahit MC or Cager ka. Nakakainis ang ganitong mga tao!!!

Hmn, bakit nga ba? It seems a very simple rule, yet they (some, not all) either don't seem to know it or simply ignore it. Pakapalan and pakupalan(am I suppose to sensor this) na lang ba?

I encountered something like this too and it was even worse. Two underbones taking the inner and middle lane on a three laner road, cruising at 40KPH or even less as I recall them even chatting. Do these persons need a good whacking?

the word i used in my original post was "drivers". i thought that meant anybody who operates a motor vehicle (bike/car/truck/whatever). sorry if i used the wrong term - i'm not singling out bikers.

and to be very clear, i was only talking about lane discipline - staying in the appropriate lane for your speed, using passing lanes correctly, and not squatting in the fast lane and impeding traffic. i wasn't really saying 90% of drivers are borderline stupid (80% lang - j/k!!! )

Even here, the passing lane is often clogged by senior citizens going 5 mph below the speed limit. I just cut em some slack and go with the flow.

Mmmm. Not these people. One time, I was behind one who was hogging the fast lane and who was level with another slowpoke (in the slow lane). I honked my horn, flashed my lights and nothing. After about 5 minutes, I gave up, pulled back to the slow lane and let the 18-wheeler behind me give it a try. Next thing I knew, the 18-wheeler's driver gunned the engine and sped up, turned all his lights on, and blared his air horn. He didn't look like he was about to slow down. He got to within a foot of hitting that car. The old man pulled into the slow lane just in time.

Me, my jaw was hanging wide open. At least the semi driver pulled into the slow lane afterwards to let me me pass and waved goodbye to me.

Edit: By the way, the road hog was driving an old Caddie.

Nakakaalangan talaga ang mga motorbikes. Hindi mo naman mapinahan sa medium/high speed dahil malamang sumemplang vs. 4-wheeler na stable ang takbo. Pa-ubusan talaga ng pasensiya.

Kaso, in Josh0027's case, pareho na tuloy kayong obstruction of traffic,- iyon nga lang, si Josh0027 na ang unang mabubunggo.... Ngek... saklap ng kapalaran...

Asar talga yang mga driver na mabagal at ayaw umalis sa passing/fast lane. Lingo lingo ko na experience yan sa SELX lalo na bus at truck. Misan 60 lang ang takbo sa passing lane pa. Kahit iflash mo ng brights o businahan di lilipat. Pag ako naman ang magovertake sa slow lane eh di delikdo dahil sa laki oat haba nung bus di ko makita ng maayos kung may ibang kotse sa harap niya.

Kanina nanaman may sentra na ang bagal sa fast lane. Kita ko kasi sa malayo na bigla bumagal ang van na nasa unahan ko pero taka ako bakit bigla yata ang bagal ng takbo niya tulad ng scoot kahapon ang speed. Yun pala dahil sa sentra. Pinitpitan ko nalang ang sentra 3x nung inovertake ko. Inviting to accidents talaga.

Good luck nalang sa mga ganitong drivers/riders. They might need it.

i recall a similar incident, sa ayala-edsa flyover naman. malayo pa lang nakita ko nang nagtsitsikahan ung dalawang MC, parehong me sakay sa likod. at first they were both on the leftmost lanes, so balak ko dumaan sa right side. as i was about to pass them, napansin ko that the MC on the right was slowly veering to the right! i swear, nakikita ko na ung kamay ng MC biker on the handlebars! nawili siguro sa kakatsismis kaya di niya napansin na gumegewang gewang na siya papunta sa right. binusihanan ko at buti natauhan naman.
