With regards to the CHR, I think its barking up the wrong tree.
On the other end its the hypocrisy of people critical of the current anti-drug war, they were so vocal about the killings of drug addicts and yet so silent when these gruesome crimes happen all because of same drugs.

One of CHR's functions is: Monitor the Philippine Government's compliance with international treaty obligations on human rights...so if i understand correctly, they police(v) the govt.

Exactly. Kaya flawed yung ang puntirya lagi eh asan ang CHR!

Nahuli na nga yung culprit eh? Ano pa ba gusto nila gawin ng CHR?

^ One of my current pet peeves. CHR, pasok". Grrrr, hindi po nila trabaho iyan. Ang trabaho nila is mostly "to police the police".

I wonder if they aren't getting tired of hearing themselves say it. Such idiocy.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

well they will never know because they are after all idi0ts.

btt, mukhang pinaamin lang yung suspect. i would not mind the guilty going to jail for life ( or even hang if we have the death penalty) but for someone to be coerced into admitting a crime they did not commit is wrong. he will not be the first to do so, our police being what they are.

later on, kapag may nakita kang holdaper or snatcher sa kanto, barilin mo na lang. this is what this culture of violence brings.
