    i guess you haven't seen the documentary of the philippine prison and why it is such a paradise!

    we outside pay to watch a bout of PACMAN, while those inside the prison get to also watch it for FREE!

    With regards to the CHR, I think its barking up the wrong tree.
    On the other end its the hypocrisy of people critical of the current anti-drug war, they were so vocal about the killings of drug addicts and yet so silent when these gruesome crimes happen all because of same drugs.

    di mo sure kung yan ang gumawa. baka pinapaako lang sa kanya. malalaman yan sa autopsy ng mga bangkay. kung sa measurement ng diameter ng knives na ginamit sa stabbing kung pare pareho. at kung iisa lang. baka lusaw na din ang utak niyang suspek.
