Yung mga supposed law enforcers tend to believe that if everyone does it, then it must be legal. Kaya simple traffic rules is only a suggestion too most PUV drivers, kasi they know they can get away with it most of the time.

law enforcement is overwhelmed by the number of violators

they can't selectively apprehend a few

they'll be accused of being unfair

but they know they can't apprehend everyone

so in the end, law enforcement just lets everyone do what they want

    anarchy rules

    ^ sad but true.

maybe all it takes is a few apprehensions at the start and a little consistency in law enforcement for the long haul.

anarchy is a reversible pattern. we just need to start, and start soon, before casualties rack up to astronomical numbers.

Again that takes political will, something we rarely witness in this country.

there's another solution... citizens of this country to start loving their country and follow the laws. we won't need strict enforcements when pinoys are properly disciplined.

guess that's more of a wishful thinking. hehehehehe

dapat talaga ma-classify talaga yung sasakyan depende sa road... kasama na yung kelangan kumpleto sa mga basic safety devices... kahit nga mga taxi walang signal and tail lights ang bibilis pa over 120 biglang ka-cut... hay...

Mabuti pa nga sa MM kahit papano nareregulate pa ang mga tricycle, pero d2 samin sa province grabe talagang nasa high-way "to hell" sila and ang iiresponsable nilang kasabay sa daan.

Heto ngyari sakin, nasa south lane ako yung trike nasa shoulder (lilipat sya sa kabilang lane)nagbusina na ko kc i was runnin 90kph na... rumampa pa din buti naiwasan ko and buti walang kasalubong kc kumain nako sa kabilang lane... and habol pa ng tingin yung tricycle driver kala mo e naagrabyado pa sya bwisit!

And heto pa madaming bus accident(especially at night) ang cause tricycle.
Usually walang ilaw and sobrang bagal ng takbo kya nagugulat na lang yung bus drivers, iilag sila... sapul ang kasalubong!

Dapat talagang iimplement yung pagban sa tricycle sa main roads... accident-magnet itong mga to.
