Pero wala, mukha ata na itong mga mangmang na ito ay ZERO TOLERANCE AND ALLOWANCE.
2) Correct me if I'm wrong pero hindi ba illegal na i-confiscate ang plaka ng sasakyan? My cousin told me that there is a Supreme Court ruling that prohibits such. Kung ganun, it makes sense.....kasi vehicle plates ARE PRIVATE PROPERTY.
3) Safety issues brought by a disastrously low speed limit
Need I say loss of driver consciousness as well as increase incidence of vehicle tailgating (i.e. nagiging masyado malapit ang distansya ng mga sasakyan sa isa't-isa)
Thing is: I'm not against a speed limit. In fact, pwede naman rin ang speed limit. The issue here is that it is absurdly-slow and is out of touch with reality. Not all roads are the same. The likes of SLEX, NLEX, SCTEX have curves and changing elevation kaya pwede na rin siguro baka pwede pa 100 km/h with tolerance of 20 km/h +5%. Pero to apply the same sa Skyway which is 99% straight (tapos kahit walang sasakyan sa harap, bawal ang 101 km/h onwards or kahit 120 km/h man lang).
IMHO, before gawin ng LTO/DOTC yan, ayusin muna nila yung corruption sa mga tauhan nila, i-ban ang colorum vehicles and slow vehicles (<60 km/h) sa inner lane, etc etc.
Grabe, yung ginagawa nila is like rubbing salt on a wound.
P.S.
With that said, I really wanna hear what sir ghosthunter has to say as well as his insights and opinions on this subject matter
