Alam niyo na gagawin pag naka-salubong yung Everest. :diablo: Siraulo siya, dahil lang sa gitgitan nagalit na. Ang lakas ng loob bumaba at sipain yung Strada. Binato pa yung windshield.

Curious ako. Pwede na bang iconsider na "threat to life" yung pambabato sa windshield at pangcocorner? If yes, kung papuputukan ko, anong magiging kaso ko if ever?

Nagtatapang tapangan lang yung driver ng Everest dahil malamang taga dun at maraming kasama.

Mas bilib pa ako dun sa tapang na pinakita nung driver ng Strada. Just because you run away from a fight doesn't mean that you're a coward. It's just not worth it to square it out with a bunch of idiots.

i commend the strada driver.. imbes na inararo nya yung mga anak ng damuhong.. he did a reverse.. swerte lang yung mga nakaeverest at hindi nila kalevel ng utak yung driver ng strada.. come to think of it, baka sa ospital sila pupulutin kung sakali.

You can argue self defense. Nevertheless, it is a no win situation. The guy might lose his life, yours - your freedom.

Its like anarchy on that place even there is the useless barangay hall nearby the incident. Liit lang ng sumipa sa auto nya ha, di papalag yan pag wala kasama. Baka mag part 2 yan sa ibang lugar - hopefully sa kampo naman ng Strada.

These are the sort of situations where I know I'd want to carry a gun again (legally of course, with PTC). One could probably fire warning shots if there is evident threat to one's safety. I think another thing is that one should always carry a video cam/spy cam always and start recording once mob activity escalates just so that one has evidence of the clear and present danger.

It sounds too drastic, but certain areas in the Philippines are just like wild, wild west frontiers out there.

late last year naputukan ko yung humataw ng bote sakin, yung kasama niya hinampas ako ng bote sa ulo (napadaan ako sa may nagiinuman)... kaya lang pagputok ko nakatalikod na siya, so likod ng hita niya tama, sabi ng prosecutor, patakbo na daw siya, wala na daw imminent threat, di na daw justifiable yung use of lethal force... tapos wala pa daw sa tamang katinuan yung tao since nakainom nga daw... all this the public prosecutor intimated to me lang, di na pinadinig/pinaalam dun sa tao...

buti na lang di na umabot sa court, fiscal lang... sa sobrang banas ko dun sa tao, (i needed four stiches sa eyebrow ko) di ko na din sinagot medical expenses niya kahit nakikiusap pamilya...

May na witness akong ganon FX versus a bunch of tricycles, kinorner nila yung fx hinarang nila tricycle nila sa harap at likod pati gilid tas nag labas ng tubo yung isa ginawa nung fx driver inatrasan nya yung 1 tricycle tapos dumaan sa side walk na sagi nya yung 1 tricycle tapos harurot.

So ganon talaga tendency pag alam mo tagilid ka na. Wala kasalanan yung strada IMO, malamang di sya taga roon di nya kabisado yung road kaya nagkamali napa deretso sya, tinabi na nga nya para makadaan yung hari that means admitted na nya na mali sya so bakit kelangan pang nyang tadyakan. cannot be consider na intentional na babanggain yung sa likod na nasa sidewalk at yung everest since imminent threat ay andun na.

kung mali man yung Strada (as what the report tried to portray), it does not justify the end by kicking and throwing rocks toward the pickup (mob rules and lumabas eh). Besides sa video tumabi na yung Strada.

The point is, pag umabot sa demandahan, puedeng matwist ang kwento. Everybody is a loser. Ayoko ring malagay sa ganitong sitwasyon. Mainitin ang ulo ko kahit sa maliit na bagay. Ayaw ng asawa kong bumili ako ng baril, baka raw makapatay ako sa daan.

Yung driver ng strada bilib ako kasi he kept his cool, he could have used his vehicle as a weapon. Hindi na kailangan ng baril.
