2 sundays ago, we went up to Baguio City. May mga nakasalubong akong group ng MC riders going my opposite direction. I was traveling fast (around 80km/h, maybe 90). Then biglang nag overtake yung group and halos abutan ko na yung last 2 MCs.

Every time na mag overtake sila kahit alanganin e mag give way tayo?

IMHO, mas marami ang accident involving small displacement bikes (underbones?) rather than the big bikes.

Purchasing power is the culprit. One can buy an underbone for as low as Php. 2500 downpayment, madadala mo na yung motor. On the bigger bikes, medyo may kamahalan. Malaki din ang downpayment.

One can then put demographics ito the issue. Sino-sino ba ang bumibili ng mga underbones na yan?

It goes on and on ........ sometimes ending in a cementery.

nakakairita ganyan, kahit sa SILANG to TAGAYTAY via STA. ROSA, yung mga naka Big Bike, Race Bike, American Bike, kala mo eh may karera, kahit gipit ipapasok, sa gitna sila pa may gana gumitna at sumalubong sayo, pipinahan ka pa tapos pag natapatan ka papataasin yung harap na gulong. minsan eh sinasalubong ko, kahit nagagalit nanay ko.

Normally if they travel in group matatapang mga yan kasi marami sila.

Another is kung lugar nila matatapang din sila kasi alam nila meron magreresbak sa kanila.

Bottomline is kung pinatulan mo ikaw rin yun talo kasi madami sila.

The government should do something about this arrogant motorcycle riders, they are causing fiasco. Yun pagsingit nila, feeling nila isang car lang yun affected by their doing but the truth is the entire lane is affected by it. The motorcycle lane along edsa is no lonher being properly implemented baka nasawa na rin mga mmda officers sa sobrang tigas g ulo na mga yan.

This morning, i was on Dela Rosa and about to turn right to Paseo de Roxas. I slow down and a motorbike passes me, and doesn't even give way to a lady crossing the street. The light is red so he stops on the rightmost lane (he's the first in line and centered his motorbike on the lane). Paseo was wide open and there were no pedestrians crossing (and there's no "no right turn on red signal" sign) so its clear to turn right for our lane. I tapped my horn and signaled right and the motorbike refused to move even with all the space available for him to move aside. I tapped my horn once more and pointed i was turning right and all he does is turn his head and look at me with a mad stare. I blow my horn at him already and the cars behind me also did the same. He moved aside finally and even gave this mad stare and uttered whatever words. Mga ogags naman talaga.

Mas convenient talaga mag pass sa right side since ayaw tumabi ng mga yan. Good thing they've widened McArthur highway so the trip between Tarlac and Pangasinan is much, much better and i don't have to resort to taking the back road anymore.

Parang may universal gesture mga motorcycle/tricycle riders every time you honk your horn at them, or refuse to let them pass:
Shaking the head and uttering words only he can hear or understand.

This morning, light was red, pedestrians were crossing. I saw two motorcycle riders zig-zagging their way up front. Since the cars were all stopped before the pedestrian lane, they have no place to stop but on the pedestrian lane itself.

Ayun, hinuli sila ng dalawang MAPA! ...

Sabi sa akin is for safety reasons daw, para marinig sila ng mga kotse. In a way yes but still, if you're driving like an brainless retard expecting everyone to give you right of way...

Too many PASAWAY motorcycle RIDERS on the street
